Querceta 3
Querceta 3 is a very comfortable independent stone cottage developing over 2 floors.
The ground floor hosts a kitchen, a pergola and private garden equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors. The first floor hosts a large single room, a bathroom, a large lounge with 2 sofa beds and a double bedroom.
Outside, accessed independently, is an extra suite with a kicthen, bathroom with bathtub, double sofa bed and a large table - this room can be used as an extra bedroom or as the main kicthen for larger group taking up the whole estate.
Querceta di Sopra
The charming estate of Querceta di Sopra is rimmed by wooded hills that surround it like a garden.
Accessed by a one kilometre well kept white road and immersed in beautiful countryside, the outlook is phenomenal.
Here are three detached cottages of typical, warm, fawn stone which have been well restored.
Each has its own private furnished terrace for ’al fresco’ dining and guests to these houses share the swimming pool which has been idyllically positioned to enjoy the panorama.
Although the houses have central heating, each has a large open fireplace welcoming early and late season visitors.
The large, panoramic pool is equipped with tables and chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs and sunbeds.
the hamlet is surrounded by gorgeous walks in the woods offering a great variety of trails, panoramas and lush vegetation including wild lillies, chestnut groves, olive groves, mushrooms, almond trees, fig trees, hazelnuts, walnuts, heather and many more.
A laundry room on site is available for guests’ use.
This house is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria whilst having a truly relaxing nest to retire to at the end of busy touring days and on very hot days.
