It is made up of a welcoming lounge with fireplace off which is a fully fitted kitchen and a corridor leading to the two bedrooms, an ensuite double and a twin bedroom with private bathroom. Off the lounge sits a terrace with outdoors eating facilities. The decor is very elegant, only the best materials were used. the house has central heating and air conditioning. The pool is accessed through a side passage.

The barn, originally part of a larger estate comprising thousands of hectares of land and buildings is now a private residence overlooking the vineyard to one side and the beautiful panorama of the Chianti Region, its rolling hills dotted by olive groves and lined by vineyards to the other.
The careful conversion of the barn, designed by a Sienese architect was carried out maintaining the simple traditional exterior structure of Tuscan barns whilst making the interiors very elegant, with astonishing design elements which are a true delight for the appreciative and the connoisseur.
